Agreement

These terms apply to bookings with Vision Experience Co, owned by Eric Yates. By booking, you agree to these terms and to your signed service agreement. If the two ever differ, the signed service agreement applies.

Services

We provide 360 video booth experiences, the Audio Guest Book and the add-ons listed on this website, across the Phoenix area. Published prices apply to the package length shown. Your quote lists your package, add-ons and any travel fee before you pay anything.

Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed once the service agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
• The deposit is 30% of the booking total and is non-refundable. It holds your date.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
• All payments are made through our secure online invoice, by card or ACH bank transfer.
• We need at least 72 hours’ notice to book an event. Shorter notice may be possible by phone, depending on availability.
• Extra time requested on the day is billed at $175 per hour, if the attendant’s schedule allows.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable. With 30 or more days’ notice, your deposit can be moved to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your event, the deposit is forfeited.
• What happens to any balance already paid is set out in your service agreement.
• If we ever have to cancel, we will refund what you’ve paid in full or, if you prefer, move you to another date.

Travel

Travel is included within 30 miles of Phoenix. 30–60 miles is $75. 60–120 miles is $250. For events beyond 120 miles, travel and lodging are quoted separately. Your quote always shows the travel fee.

Event day

• The venue needs a clear, level area of about 10 × 10 feet and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet.
• Outdoor setups need a level surface, power and cover from rain or direct midday sun. We may pause the booth for guest safety in high wind or rain.
• Your booked time is when the booth is running for guests. We arrive before that time to set up, and we tear down after it.
• Guests must follow the attendant’s instructions on the platform. We can refuse service to anyone who is unsafe or who damages the equipment.

Photos and videos

Guests may use their 360 videos for personal use and sharing. With your permission, we may use event content in our portfolio and on social media. You can say no at any time before or after your event.

Limitation of liability

If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for things outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
