Every booking includes a custom overlay design built around your party. The guest of honor’s name and the milestone age are the starting point. From there we match your theme — color palette, party aesthetic, typography style.
Throwing a Great Gatsby party? We can build that. All-white theme with gold? Done. Tropical, glam, retro, monochrome — the overlay reflects the event the guest just attended, not a generic template.
Design turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you send the party details. You review and approve before anything goes on the platform. If the first version is off, we revise it.

Travel & payment
Travel is included within 30 miles of Phoenix. Farther out, it’s a flat fee by distance, so the full price is in your quote before you pay anything.
A 30% non-refundable deposit books your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the party. Payments run through a secure online invoice, by card or ACH.

Book 4–6 weeks out when you can; minimum notice is 72 hours. We recommend booking as soon as your venue is locked. Party less than 72 hours away? Call (623) 239-2637 and we’ll check the date. A 30% non-refundable deposit holds your date.
Yes. We set up in backyards, on outdoor patios, and in covered event spaces across the Valley. For the 360 booth outdoors, we need a level surface, a standard 110v outlet within 50 feet, and ideally some shade or a covered area. Evening outdoor setups work especially well in Phoenix. We go over the site specifics on your consultation call.
Yes. Every booking includes a custom overlay design. If you have a specific theme — Masquerade, Hollywood Glam, Decades party, color scheme — we incorporate that into the design. You provide the details, we build the overlay, and you approve it before the event. Turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you send the details.
We work teen and adult parties — guests 13 and up. The 360 platform requires standing on a spinning platform while our attendant operates the arm, so guests need to be able to stand independently and follow a few simple instructions. We do not do children’s parties for guests under 13.
Yes. Every video is delivered by QR code or email on the night of the event. Guests scan the code or open the email, get their video instantly, and share it straight from the venue floor. Your party is on social media before the night is over — with the birthday person’s name and theme on every post.
