Photo Booth Rental FAQ — Phoenix, AZ

360 packages start at $450 for 2 hours, then $600 for 3 hours and $800 for 4 hours. Each extra hour is $175. The Audio Guest Book is $250 with a 360 booking, or $400 on its own.

No hidden fees.

No. Your quoted price is your price. Travel is included within 30 miles of Phoenix, and any travel fee beyond that is listed with its price and shown in your quote before you book. Add-ons, like a flower wall or a highlight montage video, are optional and priced on our add-on menu. You choose what you want.

All payments run through a secure online invoice, by card or ACH. A 30% non-refundable deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event.

Book 2–3 months ahead for popular weekend dates, especially Saturday evenings. If you have a date in mind, it’s worth checking now.

We need at least 72 hours’ notice to book online. For anything sooner, call (623) 239-2637.

You step onto a round platform. A camera arm rotates around you, capturing slow-motion video from every angle. The whole thing takes about 15–30 seconds. When you step off, your video is ready by QR code or email, usually in under 2 minutes, with no app needed. You can share it straight from your phone before the next person steps on.

The platform itself is about 4 feet across. You need a clear area of about 10 × 10 feet and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. The booth fits hotel ballrooms, outdoor patios, barns, backyards and convention floors. If there’s power and space, we can make it work.

1 to 4 guests at a time works best. Bigger groups, like a wedding party or a quinceañera court, get the best videos going up in pairs and small groups.

About 15–30 seconds on the platform. The video is processed and delivered to the guest in under 2 minutes. On a busy night, a 3-hour window runs about 40–60 sessions.

It’s a short slow-motion video clip, typically 10–15 seconds long, with your custom branded overlay on it (your name, event date and design). It’s delivered as a standard video file guests can post straight to Instagram or TikTok or send to friends.

We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time. We handle all setup, test everything and are ready to run when doors open.

Nothing. We bring everything, set it all up and tear it all down after the last guest leaves. Your venue staff and family aren’t involved in handling any equipment.

A standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the setup location. If outlets are hard to reach at your venue, let us know in advance so we can plan the setup.

Yes. Backyards, patios and outdoor venues across the Valley all work. We need a level surface, power within 50 feet and, ideally, some protection from direct wind for the equipment. We’ll go over the specifics of your outdoor venue when you book.

Yes. Every booking includes a professional attendant for the full event window you book. They run the equipment, help guests use the booth and keep things running smoothly.

Yes, it’s included in every package. You give us your name, event date, colors and any design preferences. We design the overlay and send you a proof to approve 3–5 business days before the event. For corporate events, we can work from your full brand guidelines.

By QR code or email. Guests usually have their video in under 2 minutes, and they don’t need to download an app. After the event, every video also goes into an online gallery for you.

No. The 360 is a video experience delivered digitally, so prints aren’t offered. Guests get their video by QR code or email, and you get an online gallery of every clip after the event.

We’re based in Phoenix and serve all of the Valley, including Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria and Sun City. Travel is included within 30 miles of Phoenix. 30–60 miles is $75, 60–120 miles is $250, and beyond that we quote travel and lodging for your event.

Your 30% deposit is non-refundable, but it can move to a new date within 12 months if you give us 30 or more days’ notice. Cancelling inside 30 days of your event forfeits the deposit. The full policy is in our Terms of Service.
